After 18 years with Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health, I’ve made the decision to leave the Executive Director role. My last day with the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation will be at the end of April 2025. I am a believer in always continuing to grow and challenge yourself, so after almost two decades with the same organization, I am charting a new course.
It has been a privilege to work with this incredible organization and team. Looking back on my time at the Foundation, I have so much gratitude for the experiences, the challenges, and the personal and professional growth I’ve gained. When I started as an intern in 2006, the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation was a small and unknown nonprofit organization. Today, the Foundation is a leading health foundation and thought leader in philanthropy. I’m so proud of the growth and transformational impact the Foundation has achieved. I feel blessed to have been part of building this incredible Foundation and seeing the legacy it is creating in Idaho.
The relationships I’ve built with our community partners are one of the highlights of my career. There are many talented and dedicated individuals who are trying to make Idaho a better place. I’m honored to have called so many of you not only colleagues but friends. I want to thank each one of you for your support, your friendship, and your contributions to making my time here so rewarding. I’ve learned a great deal and will carry those lessons with me as I move on to my next chapter.
I genuinely look forward to following your continued success and hope our paths cross in the future.
Thank you once again for everything. I will always look back on my time at the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation of Health with fondness and immense gratitude. I am excited to see the organization continue to give back and have an impact in Idaho.
